SetSocial Fitness is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The app does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

Always consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program.

You participate in workouts at your own risk.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including:

• Photos
• Progress images
• Workout logs
• Comments
• Posts

By uploading content, you grant SetSocial a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for operating the service.

Community Guidelines

Users may not:

• Harass others
• Upload illegal content
• Share hateful or abusive material
• Upload sexually explicit content
• Impersonate others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with the app or its security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI Features

AI-generated recommendations are estimates based on available information and may not always be accurate.

Users remain responsible for all training decisions.

Third-Party Integrations

If you connect external services such as WHOOP or Oura, your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

Subscription Services

Some features may require a paid subscription.

If subscriptions are offered:

• Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscription pricing will be displayed before purchase.
• Renewals occur automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable app store.

Intellectual Property

The SetSocial Fitness application, branding, logos, graphics, software, and content are owned by SetSocial Fitness and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Create security risks

You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetSocial Fitness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SetSocial Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SetSocial Fitness after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
