Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use SetSocial Fitness.

Your Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us of unauthorized account access.
• Accept responsibility for activity on your account.

Health Disclaimer

SetSocial Fitness is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The app does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

Always consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program.

You participate in workouts at your own risk.

SetSpan and Other Wellness Estimates

SetSpan and similar features, such as recovery summaries and personal-record forecasts, are estimates based on the data you and your connected devices provide. They are not a medical assessment, diagnosis or prediction of your health or lifespan, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Wearable and phone measurements can be inaccurate, and an estimate can change between readings, or when we update how it is calculated. We do not guarantee that any estimate is accurate or suitable for your circumstances. Do not make medical decisions based on it. If you have a health concern, speak with a doctor.

Beta Features

We may offer some features as early access or beta. They may change, be limited to some users, or be removed at any time.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including:

• Photos
• Progress images
• Workout logs
• Comments
• Posts

By uploading content, you grant SetSocial a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for operating the service.

Community Guidelines

Users may not:

• Harass others
• Upload illegal content
• Share hateful or abusive material
• Upload sexually explicit content
• Impersonate others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Falsify workout or wearable data to win leaderboards or challenges
• Send invitations or messages to people who have not asked for them
• Attempt to interfere with the app or its security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI Features

AI-generated recommendations are estimates based on available information and may not always be accurate.

Users remain responsible for all training decisions.

Third-Party Integrations

If you connect external services such as WHOOP, Oura, Spotify or Apple Health, your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Data from Apple Health is used only as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

Subscription Services

Some features may require a paid subscription.

If subscriptions are offered:

• Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscription pricing will be displayed before purchase.
• Renewals occur automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable app store.

Intellectual Property

The SetSocial Fitness application, branding, logos, graphics, software, and content are owned by Neural Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app without permission.

Acceptable Use and User Content

SetSocial Fitness lets you share posts, photos, messages, and other content. You are responsible for what you post. You must not post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report content and block other users directly in the app. We review reports and remove content that violates these Terms and/or terminate the accounts responsible, and we aim to act on reports within 24 hours. We also use automated checks to flag posts and comments that may violate these Terms so that a person can review them.

To report a problem outside the app, contact support@setsocial.app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Create security risks

You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neural Labs LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SetSocial Fitness after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
